Gary shows the beauty in life and nature with peaceful farm and wilderness scenes, marine paintings and still-life.  Animal portrait commissions are a challenge, a special interest, and bring pleasure.  Gary is an active member of the Society of York Regional Artists.  He paints using his Danish family name of Praestegaard.
