Visually compelling, moody conditions of being human are explored in Deborah's "Peoplescapes".  The figurative forms vary, suggesting many different topographies.  The images are decidedly human and surprisingly agonized, uncomfortable, joyous, triumphant, sensuous and provocative.  Low level aerial navigation and years of life drawing combine in these pen and ink drawings cloaked with pastel and, sometimes watercolour and collage.
